Interests: Swimming! Travel, getting together monthly with college friends and celebrating being 50,  Reading historical fiction, Family time with my husband and 3 sons whenever possible, many sports and activities including biking, snow-skiing, hiking, zip-lining, etc. Teaching is my work and my love! I love to teach those that struggle and help them be successful-that is my passion.

 Prayer Requests/Goals:

I long to see the teachers of the orphans in Africa be empowered and encouraged to carry out their mandate to feed, clothe and educate the children to first know God, and then to have a life of service to God in whatever job/career the Lord calls them to. I long to see God lift them up as they struggle in dire circumstances. I long to be used by God to be a blessing to the teachers, schools, and children of Lusaka, Zambia. My hope is for a bright, secure future for the orphans of Zambia, both in this world, and the next.
