Mr. Michael Devine, Chief Operations Officer
Construction Overseer and Trustee for the Breath of Heaven Children’s Ministries Ltd. in Zambia. Michael has a contractor’s license in the state of Nevada and has 30 years’ experience in the construction business. He is a pastor with the Bible Gospel Church of Africa, and he worked with Father’s Heart International Ministry in Zambia for 6 years prior to joining with Breath of Heaven.
Mrs. Janet Shumba, Program Director
Program Director for the Breath of Heaven Children’s Village. Janet holds a certification in Program Administration and Development and will be earning a degree in Social Work.
